A potage made with the brand sweet potato ‘Goto Imo’ from the Goto Islands, which has won the title of the tastiest sweet potato in Japan. ‘Goto Imo’ is cultivated in the rich natural environment of the Goto Islands, primarily without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. After harvesting, they are matured in a room with a controlled temperature and humidity for about 40 days, enhancing their sweetness to an average sugar content of 36.4 degrees. This potage is a new product developed by a chef who has specialized in a wide range of cuisines, including Japanese and Italian, for about 30 years, utilizing ‘Goto Imo’.”
